1. Using Ideus

By creating an account or using Ideus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to use the service lawfully. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity performed through your account.

You must be old enough to use an online service in your jurisdiction. If you use Ideus for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.

2. User content

You retain ownership of the ideas, profile information, images, messages, and other content you submit to Ideus. You give Ideus the permission needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content so the service can provide its features.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for content you upload or share. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, invasive of another person’s privacy, or intended to harm or exploit others.

3. Collaboration and communication

Ideus helps people discover ideas and potential collaborators. A match, introduction, message, or conversation does not constitute an endorsement, employment relationship, partnership, investment, or guarantee of results. Use your own judgment before relying on information shared by another user or entering into an agreement with them.

4. Rules of Use

  1. must keep passwords secure and confidential;
  2. are solely responsible for User Data and all activity in their account while using the Service;
  3. must use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to their account, and notify Conclude promptly of any such unauthorized access; and
  4. may use the Service only in accordance with Conclude’s online user guide and all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not

  • Enhance or improve User experience, our Site, or our Service.
  • Process transactions.
  • Send emails about our Site or respond to inquiries.
  • As this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you choose to provide information to us, Conclude transfers Personal Information to Google Cloud Platform and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
